Collect 10 MenziesLoyaltyPoints and you could redeem them against:

How To Redeem Your Points:
To redeem your points please email the MenziesLoyaltyPoints Office on marketing@menzieshotels.co.uk stating which of the above listed rewards you would like to receive.

 

Terms and conditions

  • One MenziesLoyaltyPoint can be earned for every £100 of conference business to include: day delegate rates, 24 hour rates, room hire and accommodation linked to a meeting or event. MenziesLoyaltyPoints cannot be earned on sundry items such as audio visual equipment, bar drinks and other items which do not form part of the inclusive package.  They can also not be earned on banqueting functions not linked to a meeting.
  • MenziesLoyaltyPoints must be claimed within 28 days of the meeting or event taking place using an official MenziesLoyaltyPoints claim form which can be obtained from any Menzies hotel, head office or can be downloaded from our website. 
  • MenziesLoyaltyPoints can only be claimed once per meeting or event. If there is a dispute, the signatory of our contract will be asked to decide to whom the points should be allocated.
  • Completed claim forms must be sent to MenziesLoyaltyPoints Office, Menzies Hotels, Bakum House, Etwall Road, Mickleover, Derbyshire DE3 0DL, faxed to 01332 511144 or emailed to marketing@menzieshotels.co.uk. Forms received after 28 days of the meeting or event will not be valid.
  • Once the claim form has been verified a Loyalty Point account number will be set up and a statement sent to the claimant confirming the points achieved. 
  • Menzies Hotels reserve the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time having given the members one months written notice.
